Punched a hole in the ceiling, stuck our heads through the ceiling and
saw 55'-0" clear span bridge trusses that hadn't seen the light of day for 72 years.
We sandblasted them and they came right back to life.

Took out the dropped ceiling and devised a new structural system by through bolting and placing structural rods to create a rigid triangle. We sandblasted the interior structure and reskinned the building with new brick facing.
